WELCOME to the photographers lounge, a gallery dedicated to the art and soul of photography. based in swanage, on the purbeck coast in dorset, the photographers lounge features exhibitions of both film and digital works, in colour and black & white, from local and national photographers.
established in 2008 by kate cross, the photographers lounge has rapidly become a must-visit gallery for art-lovers and photographers alike, and it continues to promote both emerging and established artists; in conjunction with the open shutter competition it has enabled some very bright talent to exhibit for the first time, as well as exhibitions from several acclaimed photographers, including richard heeps and philip townsend.
